Yes, this is the Waterkloof Tap Water sample and the reason why this worms and live organisms is in the membrane of the reverse osmosis system is the result of service providers who do not know there products. If there was only one part that was not working as it is supposed to work. This worms and live organisms would have been in the reverse osmosis purified water. You wouldn’t even know that you drink it. Luckily this system work correct.

Was there anything that you notice when you took the Waterkloof Tap Water sample?

Yes the reverse osmosis system worked well. The problem was that the reverse osmosis water ratio and the waste water ratio were not in line with good water management. For every 300 mll that the system purified it throw away 1750 ml. That is a ratio of 5.83. This is what I call big wastage. If you look to it this way, for every 1 litre purified water you throw away 5.83 litre of filtered water.

Can this wastage be rectified to prevent this wastage?

Yes. We do it and it cost our clients not a sent. That is been done when we service the reverse osmosis system. That is why our services takes 1 ½ hour to 2 ½ hours. We will not leave until we are satisfied with the reverse osmosis systems performance. Sorry we do not give the information away, the way we do it.

Why do you say filtered water is been thrown away?

The tap water enter the reverse osmosis system. It has anything in it, minerals, live organisms and solids. Then the water go through the three filters, through the carbon filters that removes the chlorine and other chemicals and solids, then through the sediment filters, that removes solids from the water. The water is now filtered and a lot cleaner than the tap water. Do you agree? This water now goes into the membrane housing and is pushed through the membrane. The waste water went through the membrane layers and out through the waste water port to the waste water pipe line.

Is the reverse osmosis waste water really that dirty?

No. Let’s be logical. This waste water that’s been thrown away is been labelled as dirty water. That is what the suppliers say. But it went through three filters. Did it make any sense? To throw away this water is a waste and can be used for your plants and other applications. If you leave the water in a bottle for a few days in the sun or hot area it will starts to smell or algae will starts to grow in it. It is still not as dirty as some people would let you believe it is. Don’t believe everything people tell you. Think and work it out for yourself. Most of the time what the other person tells you is what they have heard from someone else and they believe it as the truth.

Is there any proof that this water is dirtier than the tap water?

Let them show it to you. Let they proof with your tap water and the reverse osmosis waste. Please take notice. Most of the information that they show you is not an independent lab reports but marketing material to sell the products. Marketing products and the actual independent reports differ as day and night. Never believe any market material it is design to sell.
